About the Role

Position Name: Sr. Manager, Digital HR

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • 作为HR数智化专家,承担需求分析与转化的职责,包括痛点分析和机会点挖掘,结合系统功能进行数字化方案设计等

  • 流程优化:识别流程瓶颈,利用数字化、智能化手段协助业务进行流程再造

  • 系统实施:基于确定的数字化方案,主导推进相关方进行(IT、第三方等)的实施、开发、测试等工作,并协助业务方进行推广落地

  • 项目管理:对数字化项目整体负责,基于项目目标和计划沟通协调、安排资源、解决问题、防范风险,有序推进项目进程,确保交付质量

  • 系统运维:保障HR系统的日常管理和运维,包括问题追踪和解决、需求优化、权限管理,与IT协同维护HR服务器、网络、安全等事项

  • 对各类HR数字化方案进行技术角度专业评估

  • 与供应商、IT部门、其他业务条线数智化部门等建立量化伙伴获悉,保持紧密沟通和合作

  • 前瞻性了解外部先进技术趋势,学习外部数智化先进实践,结合公司情况,推动内部数智化转型

Communication Requirements:

  • 与HR用户(COE,SSO,HRBP)沟通以识别改进机会,并能够影响团队采用和实施本地变革举措

  • 引导HR系统用户(员工,HR,经理,管理层)采纳新流程变革和经验,适应新的工作方式与思维模式

  • 与跨职能团队领导者协作达成目标成果

  • 对外与外部供应商,对内跨团队、跨部门建立合作伙伴关系

  • 大学本科及以上学历,具备8至12年HR转型或HR数字化项目相关经验

  • 最好有HR产品经理经验,主导团队设计和实施过HR数字化产品(平台或某个模块)

  • 拥有大型HR数字化转型项目经验,具备项目管理能力和跨部门协调能力,能引导数字化转型变革

  • 拥有Workday等HR Cloud解决方案实施经验,本地HR平台与全球化HR平台对接经验

  • 熟悉HR业务流程,具备员工体验/效率提升的HR流程优化项目经验,有端到端HR数字化转型项目经验者优先

  • 出色的跨部门协作能力,擅长与内外部关键利益相关者沟通对接

  • 经验证的分析与解决问题能力,能在快节奏环境中同时高效管理多项任务直至成功交付

  • 乐观积极的工作态度,适应复杂多变的发展型环境,具备成长思维、灵活性、学习力与变革适应力

  • 优秀的沟通表达能力与演示技巧
