Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring software applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the unique requirements of each project and creatively developing solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications support operational goals effectively while continuously refining and enhancing software components to improve performance and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Ensure the developed applications are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing software solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS.
- Experience with spatial data analysis and geographic information system integration.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and software configuration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to GIS applications.
- Familiarity with database management and data visualization techniques.
- Capability to work with various software development tools and environments related to GIS.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ESRI ArcGIS.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
