Tell me about my job. 

Better insights are in sight, and you’ll take an active role in leading the way. Your main role will be to analyze the system design and provide consulting support, but you’ll also gain insight into clients’ strategic business directions, issues, and project goals. Consider yourself a liaison between client/user-functionality and our developers – translating specific configuration needs into actionable tasks, all while critiquing business processes and objectives. As a Functional Consultant, your main goal is ensuring that the system is a helpful tool to support business objectives.

• You enjoy building relationships and have the ability to communicate with both business and technical groups in unique client environments.
• You don’t want to learn a skill and coast for the rest of your career. Here, you’ll be consistently challenged to build on your technical, business, system and market knowledge to create tailored, longstanding solutions.
• You’re naturally collaborative, sharing knowledge and having open-minded discussions around better-way ideas to build quality enterprise solutions for our clients.
• You are a self-driven person who relentlessly works on a challenge until it is complete – and wants to be on a team with others who share your drive.  

The Non-Negotiables: 

• BS in Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Finance, Engineering or equivalent.  
• Ability to understand supply chain, commodity lifecycles, and financial systems and how they help solve complex business problems for specific markets.
• Ability to validate software solutions to meet business needs and ensure quality implementation.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, plus the ability to think through complex scenarios.
• Someone who is interested in learning different client scenarios and environments and wants to help each client with their unique business needs in E/CTRM.
• Experience with training and enabling junior team members

Nice to Have: 

• Experience with SQL
• Experience with process mapping and/or process improvement
• Understanding of software systems and agile project management, like SAP or Oracle
