As aSolutions Engineeryou will: 

  • Provide technical escalation assistance for Client Ops via SE ticket queue and ad-hoc 
  • Analyze and interpret Logs 
  • Troubleshoot database specific issues 
  • Mentor and help develop technical resources within Client Ops 

You are a strong fit for this role if you have: 

  • Expert Knowledge and Troubleshooting of Implementation Specialist 2 Technical Competencies
  • SSO (Including CAS) Troubleshooting 
  • Experience with Module Requirements and Development 
  • Basic understanding of AWS infrastructure, Networking skills, PowerShell scripting 
  • Experience with JSON Scripting 
  • Advanced Issue Training
  • Experience with IT Compliance Questionnaires 
  • Experience with bugs and task escalation and prioritization 
  • Knowledge of usability, regression, and stress testing 
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely 
  • Strong ability to prioritize workload and escalations 
  • Remain professional under severe pressure 
  • High level of customer empathy 
  • Ability to create and deliver advanced trainings 
  • Sound decision making skills and judgement 
  • Organizational savvy
