Vendelux is seeking a versatile Business Operations Lead to drive operational excellence within our Data Ops team, while leading high-impact initatives across the organization. in this dynamic role, you will focus on process optimization and managing complex workflows that span multiple internal teams and external partners, as well as spearheading strategic initiatives that support business growth and scalability.
Manage and optimize end-to-end data workflows, enhancing the efficiency of our data acquisition and integration processes.
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, finance) and external partners to ensure data processes align with business goals.
Lead operational audits to identify areas for improvement and capitalize on opportunities for optimization.
Implement and refine monitoring systems to ensure data quality, accuracy, and coverage across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-party sources.
Build scalable, sustainable processes that support the growth of our data acquisition strategy.
Lead cross-functional initiatives that drive operational efficiency and revenue growth, collaborating with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, Data, and other departments.
Collaborate with leadership to set strategic goals that enhance both operational excellence and long-term business value.
Manage stakeholder relationships across departments, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration on high-impact projects.
Strategic Thinking – Ability to assess both immediate operational needs and long-term business objectives to drive data strategy and growth.
Business Acumen – Deep understanding of SaaS business models, financial metrics, and operational efficiency's role in overall success.
Stakeholder Management – Expertise in aligning priorities and managing relationships across teams and external partners
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Proven experience leading initiatives that require cooperation across various departments, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Process Management & Optimization – Expertise in designing, implementing, and refining processes to improve efficiency and scalability
Ownership – A self-starter who takes full accountability for both data operations and strategic projects from inception through execution.
Analytical Thinking – Data-driven decision-making, using insights to improve operational performance, solve complex problems, and inform strategic planning.
Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience in operations, strategic program management, or management consulting.
B2B SaaS or data-driven environment experience preferred.
Strong analytical skills, with expertise in data governance and strategic planning
Data-driven approach to problem-solving
Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
Keen strategy/product interest and intellectual curiosity
Capable of solving complex business problems
Ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans
Proficiency in SQL, Jira, BI tools, and data management platforms preferred
