Role Summary

The North Face China is looking for a dedicated Senior Executive, Data Analysis to support the eCommerce sales/digital KPIs/ data analysis and generate insight of operation execution & optimizing methodology based on data facts & models.

In this role, you will assist in driving e-commerce growth by managing overall EC daily/weekly/monthly reporting and use digital platform analytics tools to deep dive accurate business performance. You will also help as a POC with multi-function EC general data, including sales core index validation, and assortment lifecycle building, and EC inventory readiness & internal planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • EC digital reports consolidation & verification: Assist in collecting & classifying EC digital reports about sales, products, KPIs performance and achieving rate monitoring. And ensuring EC data correctness and consistency.
  • Data Analysis: Use platforms such as Tmall(SYCM), Douyin(Luopan/Qianchuan) and other analytics tools to perform analysis and remind any abnormal data. Be capable of products performance analysis to support building assortment sales Lifecyle model and return rate analysis. Platform AI Tools leveraging & monitoring is a part of data efficiency daily work.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with EC team, EC Planning teams to drive key business with products efficiency & industry data insight. Also cooperate with sales operation team for online pricing monitoring and EC mechanism communication.
  • Agency & Platform Communication: Actively and timely collaborate with our TP/DP agencies to align on daily data execution and uplift efficiency with data analysis for teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on working experience in EC team
    • Tmall/Douyin experience is mandatory.
    • Product experience is highly preferred.
  • Industry Background: Must have experience in apparel/outdoor sports companies. TP/DP experience is fine.
  • Analytical Skills Ability to interpret data from SYCM,Luopan, etc., and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Language: Good written English skills for internal reporting.
  • Personal Attributes: Working carefuly, detail-oriented, data-driven, comfortable working with agencies and external partners in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in business, digital commerce, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Principal Accountabilities:
Under broad supervision:* Accountable for the profitable sales performance of a collection of products within a line of merchandise being sold through online e-commerce channels* Utilize knowledge of customers' demands and data to the selection, placement, promotion, and order fulfillment of products* Lead and/or participate in cross-functional project teams comprised of marketing, creative, user experience, Web analytics, inventory management and supply chain* Negotiate with external vendors and affiliate partners for products to be included in the overall line

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field *Equivalent years of experience in a substantially similar industry may be considered in lieu of a degree to be determined by the nature of the specific job and the hiring manager’s criteria* Three to five years of related experience preferred* Strong written and oral communication skills* Proficient PC skills
