We are looking for a Product Manager who will be working on Zoom Docs.

About the Team

Zoom introduces Zoom Docs, expands platform for next-generation flexible collaboration. We are looking for a Product Manager who will be working on Zoom Docs. This is a central role on a new product to explore green field opportunities, building exciting new features to establish Zoom's presence as a leader in document authoring and collaboration capabilities, modern collaboration tools, and a next-gen workspace built from the ground up with AI.

Responsibilities

• Discover and work on Zoom Docs to unlock massive value for end-users; manage the product life cycle from discovery to prioritization to execution.

• Develop strategies for high-growth opportunities and build new products iteratively.

• Represent the voice of the customer across various segments and personas to build capabilities targeting specific use cases.

• Manage stakeholders and coordinate efforts across the business to balance effort, risk, and opportunity size, prioritizing the product portfolio effectively.

• Determine end-user value using experimental methods to confirm or disconfirm hypotheses about product and feature value.

• Drive and influence critical decisions to build a culture where machine learning is integrated upfront in design, engineering, and marketing.

What we’re looking for

• Experience working in a fast paced SaaS or technology company

• Have excellent presentation and communication skills

• Have some experience of using data to inform business decisions

• Experience with SaaS collaboration / Business Applications

• Experience with cross-functional collaboration across various organizational levels

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$93,900.00

Maximum:

$217,000.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
