Job Description

Employee Relations:

  • Manage behavior related cases where disciplinary actions might be needed.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct investigations and resolve conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.

Performance Management:

  • Support managers in setting performance goals and conducting performance reviews.
  • Work with leaders to manage performance issues and cases where employees are not complying with expectations.  
  • Engage with Talent Management and L&D to implement employee development programs to enhance skills and career growth.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Work jointly with HR Manager in administering fairly and efficiently the Total Rewards programs and requests.
  • Support employee benefits changes and inquiries.

Compliance and Policies:

  • Wok jointly with other colleagues to develop and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Train managers and employees on HR policies and procedures and work with Communications to communicate updates.

HR Administration:

  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to support decision-making.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
