Job Description
Employee Relations:
- Manage behavior related cases where disciplinary actions might be needed.
- Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively.
- Conduct investigations and resolve conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
Performance Management:
- Support managers in setting performance goals and conducting performance reviews.
- Work with leaders to manage performance issues and cases where employees are not complying with expectations.
- Engage with Talent Management and L&D to implement employee development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Work jointly with HR Manager in administering fairly and efficiently the Total Rewards programs and requests.
- Support employee benefits changes and inquiries.
Compliance and Policies:
- Wok jointly with other colleagues to develop and update HR policies and procedures.
- Train managers and employees on HR policies and procedures and work with Communications to communicate updates.
HR Administration:
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to support decision-making.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
