Supply Chain Coordinator (m/f/d)

This position is project related temporary contract with potential option for permanent contract.

In this position you are responsible for the handling of customer mass production, samples and spare part orders including purchasing, warehousing, dispatching, and invoicing. You will be directly reporting to the Supply Chain Manager Germany 

Key Accountabilities and Activities

Order Management 

  • Interface for our international production sites and European customers in the automotive sector 
  • Handling of non-standard customer processes e.g. ramp up/down, cost efficiency

Stock Control 

  • Warehouse stock control, synchronization of orders and planning in regard of short-/mid-/long-term fulfilment of customers’ demands by securing optimal logistic service levels 

Delivery Management 

  • Coordination, processing and monitoring of dispatched shipments, shipment control and tracing of shipments (in-/outbound) 
  • Ensure data integrity on all delivery relevant information in exchange with costumer 

Planning 

  • Preparation of logistic reporting (trend of stock, service level, budget) in close collaboration with our sales team 
  • Execute planning per part number under consideration of demand, inventory, and supply 
  • Proactive identification and solution proposal on potential future supply and demand problems 

Your profile

  • University degree linked to the commercial/sales sector or equivalent education with significant commercial content 
  • Highly experienced in the field of supply chain management, preferably within the automotive industry 
  • Team-player but also willing to take over personal responsibility to flexibly determine own procedures 
  • Distinct logical/analytical thinking, effective communication and customer service skills together with a positive attitude and intercultural competencies 
  • Fluency in German and English language (spoken and written) 
  • User experience in operating an ERP system (beneficial and desirable) and profound knowledge of standard office software (MS Office, MS Project etc.)
