Who We're Looking For:

We are proud to have a dedicated team of three experienced DVMs who provide a high standard of care to their patients and foster a collaborative, supportive environment. Because of this strong clinical foundation, we are well-positioned to support a new graduate with mentorship, making this a great opportunity for someone early in their career.

We are also excited to speak with candidates who bring experience in surgery, dentistry, and ideally orthopedics—as our previous doctor, now retired, provided low-cost orthopedic procedures that were greatly appreciated by our clients. We’d love to bring those services back into the clinic if possible.

Compensation:

• Base salary: $125,000–$150,000, commensurate with skills and experience

• ProSal structure: 20% production

• Relocation assistance and signing bonus available

Qualifications 

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) required. 

• Compassionate, team-oriented approach. 

• Ability to lift 40+ lbs.

Responsibilities  

• Lead and mentor the veterinary team while upholding medical standards.  

• Develop and implement medical protocols.  

• Perform routine and advanced surgeries.  

• Interpret lab results to support accurate diagnoses.  

• Educate and build strong relationships with clients.
