Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments to determine and implement production priorities.
  • Monitor production workflows and adjust schedules as necessary to compete in a dynamic market.
  • Analyze and report on production performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in manufacturing planning and scheduling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to successfully implement multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a dedication to inclusivity and teamwork.
  • Proficiency with manufacturing planning software and tools.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.

Technical Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Production Management, Supply Chain or related fields.
  • Experience: At least 2-4 years of experience in a production planning/scheduling role.
  • Advanced Excel skills: ability to use complex formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data analysis tools to manage production schedules, inventory levels, and reporting.
  • Experience with SAP: proficiency in SAP modules related to Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), or related ERP functions to manage MRP, BOMs, and production schedules.
