We are seeking a talented Senior Business Analyst preferably with experience in Fintech.  In this position you will build on your professional experience and leadership skills to deliver the best product and solutions to our colleagues, clients and communities. At FIS you will have the opportunity to work on some of the most challenging and relevant issues in financial services and technology.

What you will be doing

• Work closely with Stakeholders including Product Owners, management and technical team to understand their needs and gather requirements.

• Document functional and non-functional requirements clearly and comprehensively ensuring they are agreed upon by stakeholders.

• Analyze existing business processes to identify areas of improvement, inefficiencies and opportunities to automate.

• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.

• Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding strategic decision making and driving innovation and fostering improvements.

• Evaluate the functionality of new product releases and present and give details of the project to the stakeholders.

What you bring:

• Proven track record of recent experience in business analysis, able to demonstrate a deep understanding of business processes.

• Ability to analyze complex business problems, identify the root causes and develop innovative solutions.

• Your experience is heavy in supporting business strategy rather than data reporting

• You are a fast learner, and you persevere until a solution is found

• You can look for and recognize early statistics and analyze the policies easily

• Willing to challenge the status que to add value-

• Confident in making fast sensible and fast decisions

• Independent person who is observant and looks for new ideas to present to their leaders
