Summary:
As a Sales Origination Practitioner, you will orchestrate and lead the entire origination process for cross-client and cross-service-group deals. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, including the Client Account Leader and subject matter experts, to ensure a seamless and effective origination process. You will engage in strategic discussions, analyze client needs, and drive initiatives that align with business objectives, all while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovative solutions and teamwork.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and align team objectives.
- Develop and present comprehensive proposals that address client needs and demonstrate value.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Solution Development.
- Strong understanding of risk assessment and management strategies.
- Experience in developing and implementing security frameworks and protocols.
- Ability to analyze complex security challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations related to security.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Security Solution Development.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
