El Delegado/a de Oncología tendrá la misión de alcanzar los objetivos
¿Te apasiona la oncología y el impacto real en la vida de los pacientes?
Buscamos un/a Delegado/a de Oncología para liderar el desarrollo de su territorio en Madrid, alcanzando objetivos cualitativos y cuantitativos ambiciosos. Serás la referencia para los oncólogos clínicos, impulsando un engagement sólido mediante una interacción blended —presencial y digital— innovadora y diferencial. Tu misión será aportar valor científico de alto nivel sobre patología y producto, adaptando el canal y el mensaje a las necesidades de cada cliente.
Este rol requiere un profundo conocimiento de clientes y del producto, actualización continua de habilidades comerciales, y un manejo excelente de herramientas y contenidos digitales. Trabajarás en estrecha coordinación dentro de un equipo cross-funcional y en alianza con otras compañías, asegurando un diagnóstico riguroso de las cuentas, la definición y ejecución de planes de acción y un seguimiento basado en KPIs.
