Responsibilities:

• Prepare the machines to start the production cycle.
• Clean machines to prevent problems.
• Control and adjust the configuration of the machines when indicated.
• Feeding the semi-automatic machines with raw material or parts.
• Inspect the parts with precision and measurement.
• Solve problems that may occur during the shift or report to the Production Supervisor if they are not trained to solve them.
• Act as Quality control and verify the results to detect any error or defect related to the machine with the existing standards.
• Fill out the corresponding reports of parts or final approved or defective products and deliver them to the Supervisor.
• Adhere to safety and quality guidelines, policies, and regulations.
• Adhere with the applicable HSE, environment and Health rules.

Qualifications:

• Attention to detail.
• Able to work in multiple tasks and in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations. Sense of urgency.
• Preferable junior high diploma.
