What you can expect 

We are looking for an experienced Channel Manager to identify, build and nurture commercial partnerships and drive a pipeline of leads for Workvivo. This role will be based in London, reporting to the Head of Partnerships.

This Channel Manager will identify new target partners in the form of consulting companies, SIs and VARs. They will successfully gain their interest in a partnership with Workvivo to create and manage a steady pipeline. They will also onboard and enable partners for growth and high performance – and own the execution of these plans.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in a Channel Sales environment. Experience with Partnerships, Business Consulting, SI and VAR's also valuable.

  • Experience hunting in greenfield environments with a go-getter mentality.

  • Able to establish trust quickly with prospective channel partners and run the full partner lifecycle, start to finish.

  • Experience building and maintaining meaningful C-level executive relationships.

  • Experience executing detailed product presentations and web demonstrations of our software capabilities to partner executives.

  • Experience of identifying and utilizing internal resources (Sales, Sales Development, Solutions, etc) to build Workvivo brand awareness and help to close deals.

  • Have superb listening skills; you must understand partner challenges, pains and potential objections and articulate the business benefits of partnering with Workvivo.

  • Have a high level of empathy - it’s important for our Channel Managers to be good people to colleagues, customers and partners.
