Job Description Summary:

EME OU (Eurasia Middle East Operating Unit) Marketing is undergoing a step-change to deliver more balanced, sustainable growth, powered by deeper consumer intimacy, stronger integration, accelerated innovation, and data- and tech-enabled precision marketing. The organization is designed to combine local relevance with scale, shift data and technology from experimentation to competitive advantage, and operate through flywheel execution with clear accountability for impact and ROI (Return On Investment). All roles operate within a tightly integrated OU–Market model, where the OU elevates and enables long-term growth + OU-wide platforms while markets integrate, execute, and track performance with speed and rigor while developing local content, partnership and experiences.

Focus, Scope, & Impact:

World-class, rounded marketing operator and strategy crafting (including creative, E2E (End to End), growth, innovation. Flywheel integration). True E2E ownership of the brands agenda within the market. OU category leads will be more focused on LRP (Long-Range Plan) and OU-wide projects while within markets the focus is ABP (Annual Business Plan) creation / operationalization.

  • This role is mixed as on top of the Turkiye stills agenda, it will also lead Nutrition for the OU.
  • Define and execute the Stills brands (Fuse, Cappy) ABP agenda and performance in TR through though leadership on frontier marketing, innovation, and ensuring superior/ integrated flywheels execution enabled by system alignment and excitement.
  • Lead LRP and OU-wide programs for Nutrition in partner with OU and Global Nutrition  team, 1) Define category/ brand growth/ innovation strategies addressing human needs and occasions in an edgy and sustainable way 2) Own brand bundles (ultimate approver), including price positioning, creative, shopper and design 3) Lead with IMX (Integrated Marketing Experience) OU-wide consumer/shopper strategies/ programs, that will be further deployed by the markets
  • Work closely with Operating Unit and Global in longer term agenda.
  • Drive Turkiye Stills marketing performance and ROI. Has TR Stills  category P&L accountability.
  • Develop an engaged team (direct reports and indirectly through the Stills network) of high performers and world class marketers.
  • This role has 3 direct reports

Experience & Critical Requirements

  • Significant marketing and leadership experience (12 years+), including insight & analytics, brand/portfolio strategies, innovation, complex marketing programs management and P&L ownership
  • Worked in/with all relevant marketing disciplines: innovation, creative strategy, connections, design, category/brand positioning & growth strategy
  • Led scaled, complex, cross-functional and cross-geographical teams and projects
  • Led projects that leverage Digital/ Data as edges
  • Worked in the Frontline (e.g. Frontline Marketing)
  • Led and developed teams directly
  • Advanced business. Commercial acumen (RGM - revenue growth management experience is nice to have).
