Job Summary
The Senior Director of Corporate Engagement will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive strategy to grow and manage a robust portfolio of corporate partners. Responsible for collectively generating $3M+ in annual revenue. This individual will manage a team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Community Engagement & Events, Foundation Marketing, Operations, and the broader Advancement team, together with hospital leadership and physicians to identify, cultivate, solicit and steward corporate relationships while managing a select portfolio of corporate prospects and elevating the organization’s presence in Southern California and beyond. This leader will also serve as a key liaison to the Corporate Partnerships Committee (CPC) and will work closely with national and local corporate executives to align business goals with philanthropic opportunities that support CHOC’s mission.Pay Range
Minimum $105,123 Midpoint $157,685 Maximum $210,226Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.
Experience
• Required: Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, corporate partnerships, or sales, with a track record of securing significant revenue (nonprofit experience preferred).
Education
• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Ability to gain expert knowledge in specific area of responsibility. Superior management, organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated success in building and/or supporting philanthropic relationships while also consistently meeting development goals.
