About the role

This position is for a recognized expert in Project Management, a thought leader, who establishes and owns project plans. Oversees the handling of project problems, and leads resolution development for escalated problems. Oversees strategic planning efforts, develops new business growth strategies, and selects and manages relationships with external contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management, Aftermarket will lead the Modifications and Upgrades (MAU) program portfolio for Carrier’s global Aftermarket organization. This role is responsible for establishing strong program governance, driving disciplined execution, and ensuring high-quality delivery of more than 50 active Aftermarket programs across CHVAC.
  • Lead the full lifecycle execution of MAU (Mods and Upgrades) programs, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives are consistently met.
  • Establish a robust governance framework for 50+ global Aftermarket programs, including standardized reporting, milestone reviews, risk management, and decision-making cadence.
  • Implement progress-tracking mechanisms to provide clear visibility of program status, KPI performance, and dependencies to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in Program Management, Engineering, or Product Management, with significant exposure to technology or industrial product development.
  • Demonstrated success managing large or complex multi-functional programs, preferably in Aftermarket or HVAC domains.
  • Strong expertise in program governance, cross-functional coordination, and portfolio management.
