Protect Environmental is growing! We are passionate about creating a positive impact in our communities and are looking for an Field Testing Professional to become the newest addition to Team Green.

This role is part of a critical team that tests the indoor air quality of residential and commercial buildings. You will be responsible for installing radon testing devices and communicating with facility owners/coordinators to ensure proper installation and successful testing.  We are eager to grow our team and will provide the right candidate with all the necessary training and we will invest in the industry credentials and certifications necessary for this role.

Principal Responsibilities:
· Ensuring proper installation of testing devices
· Travel locally and nationally
· Proper completion of necessary paperwork
· Meet project deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction
· Consistent and constant communication with project team members
· Onsite decision making to ensure a successful consultation

Education, Registration & Certification:
- High school diploma or GED required
- NRPP certification for radon measurement, or ability to obtain this certification within established timeline upon hire.

Experience:
·Minimum 2 years customer service experience, preferably in a field environment
·Self-starter with a proven track record of working independently

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
·  Ability to work within and meet established deadlines
· Punctual
- Highly organized and attention to detail
- Skilled in use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be familiar with basic shipping standards to mail necessary equipment to remote locations
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving history

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- This job operates primarily in a field environment and routinely requires walking, climbing stairs and lifting of equipment.
- This job also uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, etc.
- Must be able to regularly lift 25 pounds

Travel Requirements:
- Up to 100% travel M-F, depending on the weekly schedule. Travel can be local in a vehicle or plane. 
-We are seeking a remote candidate in the Texas region for this position; however, we prefer candidates residing in the Dallas or Houston area or is within close proximity to a major airport. Being based in desired city or near an airport will enable efficient, easier travel . While remote work offers flexibility, the ability to travel is a crucial, and required aspect of this role.
