Join us to make a meaningful impact and grow in a dynamic environment. Work on business and technology transformation projects at various stages. Identify project scope and define clear requirements. Create functional and technical specifications to guide development. Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs. Coordinate the implementation of solutions and support change management efforts. Leverage deep functional, industry, or offering expertise and domain knowledge. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Expert proficiency in Service Management Governance. Advanced proficiency in Business Operation Management. A minimum of 4 of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Advanced Account Delivery Management. Intermediate problem solving. Intermediate communication skills. Beginner strategic thinking. Advanced stakeholder engagement.

Expert proficiency in Service Management Governance.
