Summary: As an IT Service Management Representative, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of IT production systems and services, ensuring client satisfaction and risk management. Your typical day will involve providing operational support to ensure production systems and devices are online and available, with a focus on Critical Incident Management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the Critical Incident Management process, ensuring timely resolution of high priority incidents and minimizing business impact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to the infrastructure service management lifecycle. - Provide operational support for IT production systems and services, ensuring availability and performance targets are met. - Manage risk to services, including identifying and mitigating potential issues and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including providing regular updates on incident status and contributing to service improvement initiatives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Critical Incident Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Infrastructure Service Management. - Solid understanding of IT service management principles and frameworks, such as ITIL. - Experience in managing high priority incidents and minimizing business impact. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks to services. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Critical Incident Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in information technology or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality IT services. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
