Service Desk Agent

Essential Requirements:

  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong Customer Service Experience
  • Good communication skills to communicate with support personnel, customers, and managers
  • One or more years of experience with computer systems or computer security background
  • Good organization skills to balance and prioritize work, and multitask
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot systems problems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to be dynamic across business needs

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience using Incident Management Toolsets
  • Experience with MS Office Products
  • ITIL Preferred
  • Virtual working environment
