Job Description​

Saint Luke's East is looking for a Clinical Coordinator to join the team!

This position will support CVRU, Medical Specialty & Intermediate Float Pool.

Schedule: 8a-5p | Monday-Friday

Candidates must possess: BSN, BLS Certification and a MO RN license.

Main Duties of this role include:

  • Onboarding RN's and NA's
  • Assists the Clinical Nurse Manager in supervising planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the unit
  • Serves as a positive, professional role model exhibiting clinical leadership, independent judgement, and decision-making skills
  • The Clinical Coordinator acts as a resource for the staff in maintaining departmental records, scheduling staff development and other special projects
  • Serves as a clinical resource and change agent for staff in the promotion and support of the professional practice environment
  • Developing, promoting, and providing follow up on patient care and quality initiatives

Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Registered Nurse - Various
