The Jackson® Internship Program is practical work experience that enhances a student's academic, career, and personal development while helping Jackson identify well-trained and talented individuals.

Program Description
Jackson believes its internship program is an investment in the future. The program's intent is to provide students with an opportunity to use their skills, aid in their personal development, and have enjoyable and meaningful work assignments.


Jackson’s Summer 2026 corporate internship program will be an eight-week in-person program starting June 1 and concluding July 24. Commitment to this specified time frame will be critical for consideration. Interns are expected to work 40 hours a week Monday through Friday during business operating hours. 

Department Description & Program Specifics

Distribution Technology Support & Execution manages the strategic planning and execution of

solutions to improve product implementation, digital experiences, and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. Our team ensures plans are created and implemented to

ensure seamless execution to increase efficiency and support the company goals.  Interns within the Distribution Technology Support & Execution department will contribute to projects that streamline data integration processes between sales platforms and enhance reporting tools for improved business insights.  In addition, they will assist in the implementation of automation solutions to optimize efficiency and support distribution technology initiatives.

In-person program in Nashville, TN. 

Education

Undergraduate level – must be a rising junior or senior (2025-2026 Sophomore or Junior)

Requirements
Ideal internship candidates will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, project management skills, analytical skills, a customer focus, working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong initiative.
