Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed according to the specified architecture and design principles. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the requirements, designing and implementing application features, and performing code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve application defects and provide technical guidance to junior team members. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and develop high-quality software applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve application defects. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .NET Architecture, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server. - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. - Experience with designing and developing scalable and maintainable applications. - Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. - Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React. - Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in .NET Architecture. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
