As an RN on the Code Blue/Rapid Response Team at Hillcrest Hospital, you will provide urgent medical attention to patients in danger of dying, often due to cardiac or respiratory arrest. This position requires a caregiver who is empathetic, understanding and nurturing to ensure quality patient care and effective life-saving treatment. In this role, you will assess health condition to determine the best mode of treatment to initiate, whether via CPR, intubation, defibrillation or medication administration. Your work is critical in ensuring patient safety and positive outcomes, allowing you to make a difference in your community every day.
How You’ll Benefit
A caregiver in this position works part-time rotating day/night shifts from 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. with potential for weekends and holidays based on clinic needs.
