Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The Senior BA will lead the analysis of complex business problems, elicit and document requirements, and drive innovative solutions in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. This role requires excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a strong ability to translate business needs into actionable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, pain points, and opportunities.
• Lead workshops, interviews, and analysis to capture and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Develop process maps, user journeys, wireframes, and use cases to articulate desired future states.

Solution Design & Delivery Support

• Collaborate closely with product owners, solution architects, UX/UI designers, and development teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements and goals.
• Contribute to solution validation, testing support (UAT), and change management activities.
• Support development of business cases and feasibility studies.
• Stakeholder Management & Communication
• Serve as a key liaison between business teams and technical teams.
• Facilitate alignment and manage expectations of stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Prepare and deliver clear and concise reports, presentations, and documentation for various audiences.

Leadership & Mentoring

• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior BAs and team members.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of BA practices, tools, and methodologies.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong business analysis techniques (BPMN, UML, User Stories, Process Mapping)
• Excellent requirements elicitation and documentation skills
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Stakeholder management and facilitation skills
• Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Figma, Miro, etc.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, clinical,  Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 5-8+ years of experience in Business Analysis or a related role
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale IT projects, digital transformation, or product development.
• Familiarity with relevant industry domain (e.g., Healthcare, insurance etc.) is a plus
