CACI is looking for a Product Architect to support our DoD customer to implement an enterprise IT service delivery model that provides consistent, secure, high-quality, and cost-effective services to enable mission success and improve end user experience across the customer environment.  On this program, CACI will deliver enhanced capabilities and services to implement and operate an enterprise ServiceNow solution, enterprise service desk, endpoint management and security solution, as well as CONUS/OCONUS field support and life cycle support for end user devices to enable the DoD customer to transition focus from IT operations to mission operations.

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • A strong execution history working in agile software development practices and experience delivering deployable software in short sprints. 
  • Experience in systems development, systems integration, application design and/or legacy.
  • Experience in the agile management framework.
  • Good ability to anticipate issues and formulate remedial actions. 
  • Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills. 
  • Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills 
  • Collaborate with Developers, Program Managers, Testers, and Production Support Engineers to implement innovative technical solutions via iterative approach reducing time to delivery. 
  • Familiarity with the following: Angular, JavaScript, XML, JSON, ServiceNow client scripting & server-side scripting. 


More About the Role:·       

  • As a technical lead for an agile team, you are responsible for all aspects of application/module architecture including user interface, APIs, microservices, databases and infrastructure where applicable.  
  • Maintain sound understanding of enterprise and platform level architecture. 
  • Liaison with business analysts to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet business needs and comply with enterprise and platform level architecture and standards. 
  • Present and evangelize solutions to architecture guilds and management.
  • Work with business analysts and scrum master to create implementation/development plan for new features/applications/solutions by developing features and stories. 
  • Active participation in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, artifact creation, sprint testing, regression testing, demonstrations and retrospectives and solution releases) by leading in all technical aspects, including leading the demos to the Product Owner and all applicable stakeholders. 
  • Evangelize the develop solutions to team members while working with team members to breakup stories into tasks and assist in completion of tasks in timely fashion. 
  • Motivating developers, testers and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns while helping to develop product teams technical skills through mentoring, coaching, and peer reviews.
  • Delegating tasks and ensuring all daily, sprint and release goals are achieved,
  • Performs Architecture design and reviews as required, ensuring initiatives are aligned with future state and meet business requirements.
  • Identifies risks, opportunities, compliance issues or other architectural concerns. 
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and developments.


You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience as technical lead in incremental software development projects such as the Agile Scrum approach. 
  • 15+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience).Professional experience operating within cross-functional teams and groups.
  • An active DoD secret clearance. 
  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator.
  • Certified ServiceNow Developer.
  • Certified Technical Architect (CTA). 


These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Ability to contribute to the development of program architecture and standards. 
  • Experience in Continuous integration, Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) as well as SecDevOps processes and tools.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$89,500-$188,000
