The Opportunity Alliance is seeking a Residential Crisis Worker to join the team at Broadway Crossings crisis residential program. Our program offers short-term mental health crisis stabilization services to adults in our home-like setting. The Residential Crisis Worker (RCW) position provides direct care to our clients, working as part of a team, including listening support, assisting treatment plan goal work, consulting with clinicians, administering medication, medical record documentation, facilitating group activities and housekeeping duties.
Broadway Crossings provides short-term, trauma-informed, stabilization services to adults experiencing a mental health or co-occurring crisis in a home like environment as an alternative to psychiatric hospitalization.
Schedule: This is a full-time, 40 hours/week position
(multiple schedules available; 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift opportunities)
Location: Onsite in South Portland, ME
