Summary: As a Software Configuration Lead, you will ensure the product delivery and integrity during the overall product lifecycle. You will increase efficiency by managing processes, resources, and technologies to ensure the smooth flow of operations to meet cost, quality, controls, and delivery targets. This role requires working with individuals and teams from development through implementation across organizations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Manage and oversee the configuration management process. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement configuration management strategies. - Ensure adherence to configuration management policies and procedures. - Identify and resolve configuration issues and discrepancies. - Provide guidance and support to team members in configuration management activities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva Vault. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies. - Strong understanding of configuration management principles and best practices. - Experience in managing software configuration items and baselines. - Knowledge of version control systems and tools. - Familiarity with release management processes and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Veeva Vault. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
