What will you do?

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager, Mechanical to join our Industrial Team in Perth, with a strong focus on engineering-led project delivery.

This role is ideally suited to a technically grounded Project Manager who thrives in sustaining capital and brownfields environments, delivering small to large-scale mechanical projects with precision and efficiency.

Working closely with our engineering teams and clients across Western Australia, you will manage a portfolio of concurrent sustaining capital projects, overseeing the full project lifecycle from concept development through to execution and close-out. Your work will span key sectors including Industrial, Water, Energy, and broader Infrastructure, where practical engineering solutions and disciplined project management are critical to success.

• As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll build strong client partnerships and co-create innovative, tailored solutions to meet their evolving challenges

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, coordinating specialists and subconsultants to deliver high-impact results.

• Deliver projects from concept through to handover, managing scope, risk, financials, and reporting

• Manage change, quality, health, safety and risk elements throughout project lifecycles.

• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth and success of the business.

What can you bring to the team?

• Proven experience delivering sustaining capital or brownfield design projects within mining or heavy industry

• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary engineering design teams and a strong understanding of brownfield constraints, constructability, and integration with existing assets

• Strong project management capability across scope, schedule, cost, and risk management

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted client relationships

• Tertiary qualifications in project management, engineering – mechanical or related fields.

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience delivering engineering‑led projects, with a focus on sustaining capital and brownfields works across industrial, resources, or infrastructure sectors.
