As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
- Drive the adoption of best practices and development methodologies to improve software quality and delivery efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of custom software solutions.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and tools to recommend improvements and innovations.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in GraphQL (Query Language).
- Strong understanding of API design principles and best practices related to GraphQL implementations.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance issues in complex software systems.
- Familiarity with backend development frameworks and integration of GraphQL with various data sources.
- Skilled in collaborating with development teams to enforce coding standards and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in GraphQL (Query Language).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
