Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for 2 Commercial Contracts Managers based out of Seattle, Washington. Other potential work locations include: Mesa, Arizona; Plano, Texas; Hazelwood, Missouri; and Englewood, Colorado.

These two critical leadership positions will lead the managed parts and training portfolios, among other responsibilities, including supporting Boeing’s digital business, strategic engagements, and migration to a new contract management system. In these customer-facing roles, you will work closely with sales teams and Boeing Global Services’ customers globally, ensuring the successful execution of contracts and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manages, develops and motives employees engaged in Contract Management Specialist activities

• Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals

• Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of customer contracts and leads process improvements

• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports

• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

• Manages, develops and motivates employees

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

• Experience influencing stakeholders across multiple organizations to define and drive common objectives

• Experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects, transactions or initiatives

• 5+ years of experience building, developing and maintaining customer relationships

• 5+ years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts

• 5+ years of experience working with multiple internal or external stakeholders (i.e. business partner, customer, Finance) in planning and executing projects or transactions

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 7+ years of contracting experience

• Experience in Software as a Services (SaaS)

• Juris Doctorate or Masters in Business Administration (MBA), or other advanced degree

• Prior leadership experience

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $123,250 – $166,750
