Raytheon has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Partner (Senior Manager, Business Systems & Transformation), you will be responsible for defining and driving the strategic vision for targeted digital initiatives, coordinating and overseeing the development of solutions that align with business needs. You will set the roadmap for these initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall organizational strategy and goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and business stakeholders, to prioritize work, manage dependencies, and address challenges. Additionally, you will act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, track progress, make data-driven decisions, and adjust plans as necessary to deliver business value effectively.

This is an onsite position located at our Tucson, AZ, Boston, MA, Dallas, TX or Charlotte, NC. Relocation assistance is not available.

What You Will Do:

  • Engage key stakeholders across various levels of the organization to understand improvement targets and strategic objectives, ensuring desired business results are measurable and aligned to RTX strategy.
  • Conduct market analysis to evaluate the current landscape of existing capabilities—both internal and external—and assessing current and emerging trends to determine best-in-class solutions.
  • Define capabilities required to achieve business outcomes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Prioritize investments and initiatives to establish a clear timeline and inform the Long-Range Plan (LRP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
  • Develop and manage the Digital Capability Roadmap for supported areas.
  • Manage the lifecycle of initiatives from inception through Agile execution and delivery.
  • Lead the creation of Lean Business Cases, including the definition of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP), additional potential features, and cost estimates.
  • Drive success in product management, including customer collaboration, product strategy, vision, and roadmaps.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Minimum of 12 plus years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree or an advanced degree and minimum of 10 plus years of experience.
  • Experience in an Agile solution delivery environment.
  • Current U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
