The Opportunity:

Saint Luke’s Home Care and Hospice is looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Home Care Coordinator for a full-time in-person career opportunity.  We offer interesting work, a team-oriented environment, and excellent pay and benefits.  This position is conveniently located at our System Office in South Kansas City.

Shift:  Monday through Friday: 8am-5pm: In office: full-time.  
 

The Work:

• Front office administrative duties
• Supply ordering and management
• Reports as assigned: Run, screen, update
• Work queues: Responsible for assigned work queue activities
• Coordination of care
• Collecting insurance and demographic information
• Interacting with internal and external customers
• Provides support to all departments in operations
