Responsibilities:

• Work in an Agile environment and adhere to all development best practices.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality code for enterprise applications using Informatica IICS and Oracle database technologies.
• Attend and contribute to sprint planning sessions, collaborating with team members to define user stories and development tasks.
• Identify opportunities for code optimization and automation to enhance application performance and minimize manual intervention.
• Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams across various geographic locations to ensure project alignment and success.
• Provide timely support in resolving critical issues alongside the QA and operations teams.

What We’re Looking For:

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience in software development across all phases, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment, particularly with Informatica IICS and Oracle databases.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience with ETL processes and tools, specifically with Informatica IICS.
• Familiarity with data modeling and database design principles.

Key Soft Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective collaboration and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to learning new technologies and methodologies to enhance development practices.
