ComplyLog is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Administration Manager, who will be responsible for driving commercial strategic projects across all markets and become the key architect of our operational set up. He/She will be a key player to bring commercial performance and operational excellence to a next level.


 Key responsibilities

  • Drive key commercial projects such as product partnerships in Scandinavia
  • Act as questionnaires coordinator, ensuring timely and accurate responses to questionnaires for our prospects and clients
  • Act as liaison to strategic local partners (AdminControl) for commercial topics
  • Manage and roll out the product analytics project in close collaboration with the product and legal team
  • Drive additional revenues via the price increase
  • Maintaining and updating our client data base on a daily basis
  • Coordinate and support with IPSOS
  • Unlock additional revenues via the migration from PaaS to SaaS
  • Drive the migration project
  • Assessing compliance trends and their implications on our products
  • Conducting regular and on-hoc data analysis of the commercial team
  • Process optimization – identify and improve inefficient workflows to maximise operational efficiency, optimize resource allocation and support revenue growth
  • Support with legal and compliance matters
  • Competitor benchmarking to identify and define new growth opportunities for ComplyLog

Your profile

  • Proven track record managing commercial projects in a in B2B software as a service (SaaS) organization
  • Outstanding ability to self-organize and execute projects autonomously
  • Ability to manage a high workload well, with focus on priorities and deliverables for the team members.
  • Lead by example by displaying drive, energy and attention to detail
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic awareness, structed and results driven
  • Excellent verbal and oral communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Very good stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convince & align internal and stakeholders and communicate proactively throughout prolonged project lifecycle
  • Swedish mother tongue and fluency in English, any additional Scandinavian language skills are a plus
