We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager with a strong technical background and proven expertise in end-to-end tool deployment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the entire lifecycle of tool implementation projects, from initial planning and requirements gathering through to successful deployment, user adoption, and post-implementation support. This role requires a blend of project management discipline, technical understanding, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Project Planning & Strategy:
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Technical Oversight & Execution:
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for tool configuration and integration.
Work closely with technical teams (e.g., developers, engineers, IT operations, IAM) to ensure successful tool setup, configuration, and integration with existing systems.
Oversee the testing phases (UAT, integration testing) to ensure tools meet functional and performance requirements.
Understand and troubleshoot technical challenges encountered during deployment.
Stakeholder Management & Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, progress, risks, and issues.
Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, business users, and leadership.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Deployment & Adoption:
Plan and execute the deployment of tools, including data migration and system cutover.
Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful user adoption.
Organize and deliver training sessions for end-users.
Establish post-deployment support mechanisms.
Continuous Improvement:
Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project success and identify lessons learned.
Recommend improvements to processes and tools for future deployments.
Master’s/Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
5+ years of experience in project management, with a significant focus on software or tool deployment.
Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end tool implementation projects.
Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively to non-technical audiences.
Experience with various project management tools
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
