Mid-Level Identify, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) Software Developer

 

Steel Point Solutions is seeking to hire a Mid-Level Identify, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) Software Developer to join our team remotely.

 

Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and implement ICAM solutions in compliance with the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF).

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

· Develop and maintain software applications for identity management, access control, and credentialing systems.

· Integrate ICAM solutions with existing systems and applications to ensure seamless operation and interoperability.

· Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

· Conduct security assessments and implement security controls in accordance with NIST RMF.

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ICAM implementations.

· Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in ICAM technologies and incorporate them into development practices.

· Document technical specifications, design processes, and provide support to end-users and stakeholders.

 

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

· 5+ years of experience in ICAM software development, with a strong understanding of identity management and access control concepts.

· Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or similar.

· Experience with ICAM frameworks and standards (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).

· Familiarity with directory services (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory) and single sign-on (SSO) solutions.

· Strong understanding of the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) and its application in software development.

· Experience in security engineering, including the design and implementation of security controls.

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

· Must have a TS/SCI CI or FS poly

 

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with cloud-based ICAM solutions and integrating with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

· Experience with unattended process automation platforms and integrating with ERP business systems

· Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
