Your Team, Your Impact

The Vice President, HR Business Partners (VP, HRBP) is a strategic leadership role responsible for aligning human resources strategies with business objectives across the organization. This role works directly with C-suite executives and leads a team of HR Business Partners and regional HR leaders who support executive leaders in driving performance, talent development, retention, employee engagement, organizational design, and other HR-related business initiatives. This is a full-time in office role based in Santa Clara, CA.

What You Can Expect

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, partnering on human capital strategies and planning, including overall employee engagement, attraction and retention.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of global HR Business Partners with a focus on building HR BP capability for the future of work reimagined by AI tools.
  • Drive strategic workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management programs and initiatives.
  • Partner with COEs in Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Learning & Development to provide voice of the business to the COE leaders as they shape future strategy and solutions.
  • Partner with L&D leader and CHRO on executive talent management programs such as succession planning and talent review.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives and support business transformation.
  • Use data insights and metrics to guide decision-making and influencing.
  • Champion a culture of inclusion, engagement, and high performance.
  • Drive implementation and completion of corporate processes and programs.
  • Represent the business in merger and acquisition activities.
  • Participate in various corporate governance committees and project teams.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in fast-paced, global public companies, with at least 5 years in a senior HRBP or HR leadership role. Preference for someone who has experience in high-growth companies and leading at scale. Prior experience working in semiconductor industry preferred but not required.
  • Proven experience advising, influencing and consulting with C-suite executives and driving business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience leading organizational change, org design, employee engagement strategies, M&A integration
  • High level of business acumen
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage complexity and lead through ambiguity.
  • High level of agility and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and organizational development.
  • Ability to travel globally approximately 20% of the time
