As an SAP UI/UX Consultant at Accenture, you will be responsible for designing and delivering user-centric SAP solutions that align with business objectives and enhance user experiences. You will assess the current state, capture high-level requirements, and define technology-enabled solutions that drive business value. As a subject matter expert, you will work independently, actively participate in team discussions, and provide innovative solutions to work-related challenges. Advanced proficiency in Integration Architecture is essential, with recommended expertise in Integration Management.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver SAP UI/UX solutions that align with business objectives and enhance user experiences.

• Act as a subject matter expert in Integration Architecture and Integration Management, providing guidance and solutions to complex challenges.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business objectives with technology solutions.

• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, foster stakeholder engagement, and validate proposed solutions.

• Develop comprehensive documentation to support business processes, technology integration, and solution designs.

• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify innovative solutions that enhance business performance and user experience.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused environment.

• Continuously assess and refine business processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals.

• Ensure SAP UI/UX solutions are user-friendly, accessible, and aligned with best practices in design and usability.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Design, or a related field.

• Minimum of [4 years] of experience in SAP UI/UX consulting, integration architecture, or solution design.

• Advanced proficiency in Integration Architecture.

• Strong understanding of Integration Management and its role in delivering business value.

• Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and designing user-centric SAP solutions.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and provide innovative solutions.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Experience in facilitating workshops and developing detailed process and solution documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in SAP UI/UX, Integration Architecture, or related areas.

• Familiarity with SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and other SAP design tools and frameworks.

• Experience with user research, usability testing, and design thinking methodologies.

• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and project management practices.

• Proven ability to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement in SAP UI/UX implementations.
