Main Tasks
•Driving Business Growth and Operational Efficiency: Lead strategic data initiatives to drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency.
•End-to-End Data Product Delivery: Build, enhance, and maintain scalable BI/ML/AI products that deliver commercial value.
•Self-Service BI & Data Democratization: Train and support business users to enable self-service BI and promote data democratization.
•Business Partnership & Data Literacy: Foster strong partnerships with business stakeholders and enhance data literacy across the organization.
•Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex data projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Education •Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications are preferred.

Experience and Skills
•Business Acumen: A deep understanding of data-driven business strategies, and the ability to influence stakeholders to adopt data-centric approaches.
•Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to con-vey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
•Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights.
•Project Management: Proven track record of managing complex data projects, including plan-ning, execution, and delivery.
•Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI, as well as statistics and mathematics. Capable of understanding and applying various statistical methods and models.
