POSITION PURPOSE:
Pick pack picks different components and packs them into boxes for outbound shipments. Picks and delivers outbound customer orders accurately to ensure customer satisfaction. Materials are moved and handled with Powered Industrial Trucks maintaining a safe work environment. Attention to detail is required to identify initial quality occurrences. SBS receives materials and performs put away functions to maintain product flow and inventory accuracy of accessories. Picks and sorts materials onto the designated racks for the needed outbound shipments.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Receiving inbound material, put away process, replenishment process, picking customer orders
· Deliver customer orders to the stage lanes, Follows established safety and ergonomic procedures
· Utilize various types of equipment to handle products, i.e. pallet jacks, walkie riders, dunnage
· Work in an efficient and productive manner, participate in 5S housekeeping and restock of supplies
· Ability to read and comprehend warehouse documents such as work instructions, and identify continuous improvement suggestions, and other duties as assigned by supervisor
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION, SKILL AND/OR COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
· Must pass drug test and background check.
· 18 years or older
· Ability to physically push/pull a maximum force of 24 lbs.
· Ability to lift/carry 32 lbs. occasionally.
· PIT Training/ PIT License required for all tasks
