This role plays a crucial part in educating customers, providing product demonstrations, and contributing to sales success. The purpose of this position is to enhance the overall customer experience, drive product awareness, and support the achievement of sales targets.
Essential Duties:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the features, benefits, and applications of our products
Stay updated on product updates, new releases, and industry trends
Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
Provide detailed product information and address customer inquiries effectively
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase key features and capabilities
Highlight the value proposition of our products to potential customers
Collaborate with the sales team to support product-related sales efforts
Provide product expertise during sales presentations and meetings
Conduct training sessions for internal teams, including sales representatives, to enhance product knowledge
Facilitate workshops for customers to deepen their understanding of our products
Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and customer preferences
Provide insights and feedback to contribute to product development and improvement
Assist in the creation of product documentation, brochures, and marketing collateral
Ensure accuracy and consistency in product-related materials
Gather and analyze customer feedback on products.
Communicate customer insights to the product development team for continuous improvement
Miscellaneous duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of 1 year experience working in a dealership or in a similar role
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is advantageous
Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
Ability to communicate technical details in a clear and understandable manner
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to present information in an engaging and compelling manner
Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
Ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams
Flexibility to adapt to changing product offerings and market dynamics
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
