Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical delivery of ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management.

  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Project Managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

  • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and integrations according to best practices.

  • Conduct workshops and technical sessions to gather and refine client requirements.

  • Perform CMDB health checks, develop discovery strategies, and maintain data accuracy and integrity.

  • Provide mentorship to junior developers and consultants.

  • Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure timely resolution.

  • Maintain documentation and ensure code quality through peer reviews and adherence to development standards.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, with at least 3 years focused on ITOM.

  • Strong hands-on expertise with ITOM modules: Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, Service Mapping, etc.

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM required.

  • Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Glide, and Flow Designer.

  • Solid understanding of ITIL and ITSM/ITOM processes.

  • Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure components.

  • Exposure to Agile and DevOps delivery models.

  • Experience working with third-party monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Dynatrace, SCOM).
