The ideal candidate, reporting to the Business Line Manager, will excel at balancing tactical execution with strategic vision, ensuring program activities contribute meaningfully to the company's long-term goals while delivering immediate value.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement area strategies aligned with company objectives
Create comprehensive roadmaps and strategic plans, including gap analysis and action plans
Collaborate with the territories identify new opportunities within the specific area to support the company’s direction
Drive area-specific insights and activities by leveraging internal and external networks
Program Management
Plan and oversee delivery of the overall area program and its activities
Define program governance and manage the program throughout its lifecycle
Lead change management processes within the program and across interfaces
Ensure communication plans effectively support program objectives
Resource Management
Secure necessary resources in collaboration with resource owners
Maintain financial responsibility for allocated internal and external resources
Develop funding proposals to ensure continuous program delivery
Maximize return on investment (ROI) and value delivery
Team Development
Provide mentorship and coaching to team members across territories
Support stakeholders through effective guidance and collaboration
Qualifications
Proven experience in strategic program and sales management
Strong financial acumen and resource planning skills
