POSITION: Part-Time Parking Attendant

REPORTS TO: Director of Operations and Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include the following:

• Smile, make eye contact, and be courteous!
• Greet each guest in a warm, friendly manner.
• Directing traffic in the parking areas surrounding the facility.
• Placing and removing necessary parking signage; including the placing and/or removing of traffic cones for Drop-off/Pick-up area.
• Making sure correct passes for VIP parking are allowed in VIP Parking Lot.
• Ability to work long and irregular hours that may vary due to functions and may include day, evening, weekends and holidays. Work effectively under pressure and/or stringent schedule and produce accurate results.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience

• Previous customer service experience required.

Skills and Abilities

• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) will be strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are a must.
