Work closely with Cx partners, marketing, operations, product team, cross-functional business partners and external vendors to understand reporting requirements, identify gaps and assist in building data marts and cubes to enable reporting solutions.
Solve data and analytical problems using the breadth of tools available at Walmart – including problem framing, data preparation, model building, model deployment and output consumption in the form of dashboards. For e.g. Tableau
Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling and interpreting data into a digestible and actionable format. Assist in developing automated solutions for Data Visualization & Reporting.
A team player who can work cross functionally in a collaborative environment. At the same time demonstrate independence and can deal with ambiguity. Shows a natural curiosity and know who to draw insights from diverse data sets and internal and external sources.
Be the bridge between business and technical teams for the data domain, coordinating with various business and engineering teams on data quality issues and issue resolutions.
Partner with an on-site team of full-time agency resources to continue to deliver customer intelligence reporting, and ensure timely dissemination of richer customer insights, this includes prioritization of work, identifying additional customer insights in data and managing weekly meetings.
Building organization-wide relationships to move initiatives forward and position ideas to enhance the likelihood for success.
Manage the overall relationship with our external resources (Tredence) and act as the internal point of contact for all participating teams under Customer Insights & Analytics.
Ensuring reporting compliance within organization by managing data integrity and executing quality checks and reconciliation exercises to ensure accurate reporting. Owning the documentation, QA, and organization of our datasets.
Qualifications

· High level of attention to detail with ability to consolidate large amounts of complex information into simplified views.
· Team-oriented with exceptional interpersonal skills, self-motivated, success-driven, demonstrated ability to gain trust, secure buy-in and influence change at all levels.
· Outstanding verbal communication and presentation skills.
· Highly organized, able to prioritize multiple projects effectively
· Professional individual having experience in supervisory role with people management skills and taking on team responsibilities.
· High proficiency with SQL, Tableau, and/or other analytical programing language and BI (Business Intelligence) tools.
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office application (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access etc.)
· Big Data Experience is a plus
