Northrop Grumman is seeking a Business Development Operations Intern to support the Corporate Global Business Development Office (CGBDO). This internship offers hands-on experience supporting enterprise-level business development activities across domestic and international markets.

The selected candidate will gain exposure to executive engagement preparation, strategic coordination, and cross-functional collaboration within a global defense organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of briefing materials, read-ahead packages, and executive presentations.
• Maintain engagement trackers, action item logs, and reporting tools.
• Assist with data collection, analysis, and development of summary reports.
• Contribute to special projects aligned with CGBDO strategic priorities.

Basic Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program from an accredited university and will be enrolled full time in 2027.
• Degree focus in Business, International Affairs, Political Science, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment.
• Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during the summer of 2026.

Intern Pay Range:

Bachelor’s: $15.25 - $33.50

Master’s: $22.00 - $42.25
